At the end of each phase above, clients receive a diagnosis of their current design position, targeted opportunities to improve performance and a step-by-step strategy to implement recommended solutions.

3. Design Leverage® Strategy Execution

This final phase bridges the gap between insight and implementation. With the knowledge gained in our diagnostic research, a second Prospectus is prepared that outlines a disciplined execution of the approved design strategies.
